Legal Quality Checklist - High Value Casework - Annex 10

The following checks should be made only if relevant to the particular application type:

1.1 Does the property description match the mapping style?

1.2 Are all the subsisting rights included?

1.3 Are boundary references required and included?

1.4 Are the proprietors names, designations and destinations correct?

1.5 Are pro indiviso shares reflected correctly?

1.6 ROI check correct?

1.7 Are all subsisting charges correctly shown, including ranking details?

1.8 Are all subsisting burdens correctly shown, and do they agree with the cadastral map references?

1.9 Are all common deeds entered on the CDI?

1.10 Have any issues with adjoining titles etc been resolved satisfactorily?

1.11 Are the title notes complete?

1.12 Is it appropriate to issue a title with full warranty?

1.13 Have all necessary documents been archived?

1.14 Sign off the application by adding a title note (in the title workdesk of the lead application).
