Process Steps

Additional Information

4.1 Print Flysheet.

4.2 Open application workdesk and add N&I of cancelled/recreate details and any other relevant details.

4.3A If application is being created, cancelled and recreated on same day no LR24 Amendment to Application Details letter required. (No acknowledgement notification will have been sent by the notification handling system in respect of the original application created so LR24 Amendment to Application Details letter not necessary.)

4.3B If application is being cancelled after day one of being created, select print in application workdesk and select LR24 Amendment to Application Details letter. (An acknowledgement notification will have been sent for original application created so LR24 Amendment to Application Details letter is necessary.)

4.4 Complete LR24 Amendment to Application Details letter, if necessary, and print, sign and photocopy letter.

4.5 Check if closing note is necessary. 

4.6 Print name, sign and date Intake Create Officer section of Post Intake Rejection Instruction form and copy form.

4.7 Release application on LRS to plans manual PI/scan with movement instructions.

4.8A If application being created, cancelled and recreated on same day, pass completed Post Intake Rejection Instructions form, Intake Re-create Instruction form and new application to rejection officer.

4.8B If application is being cancelled after day one of being created, pass completed Post Intake Rejection Instructions form, Intake Re-create Instruction form, new application and LR24 Amendment to Application Details letter to rejection officer.
