Process Steps

Additional Information

4.1 In the LRS Case Work Desk, select the appropriate application and click on Open.

4.2 In the application workdesk, click on the Category dropdown list and select the appropriate category, as noted on the flysheet earlier in the process. 

4.3 If any application relating to another title is travelling with the TP, the move note details must be completed in the application workdesk for the other title. If there is no existing move note:

4.3.1 Open the related application

4.3.2 Click on Details at the Move Note field and enter the details of the TP application

4.3.3 Categorise the related application:

    • For TA applications the application should be categorised the same as the TP 
    • For FA applications the applications should be categorised "5 "
    • DWs over the PT title number should be categorised "C" 
    • Dealings travelling with FR/FAs or TP/TAs but which relate to a different title number (i.e not the PT title number or the TP title number) should be categorised "D"
    • For DW applications that can be attached to the TP the application should be categorised "Z"
    • For Automatic Plot Registrations the application should be categorised "6"
    • For Voluntary Registrations the application should be categorised "6".

4.4 If any additional applications travelling with the TP relate to the TP title number, a move note is not necessary but DW, FA and TA applications should be attached on LRS to the lead application.

 How to attach an application

To attach related applications:

    • Take all applications on. NOTE: the oldest application will become the main or lead application
    • Open the newer application
    • Click "Attach"
    • Highlight the older application on the "Attach to" screen
    • Click "OK"
    • Confirm that newer application is to be attached to the older application
    • Click "OK"
    • Select "Yes" in the confirmation window
    • Select "OK" in the second confirmation window

Once applications are attached they share a single title workdesk but they retain individual application workdesks. When functions such as Release or Confirm are performed on the lead application, the same function is automatically applied to any attached application.

4.5 Click on Apply.

4.6 Click on Release and release to Mid Point Scan.

4.6.1 If the case includes an FR or FA application, refer application to Intake Con to complete the closing note process prior to the scan processes.

4.7 Place case on appropriate shelf for scan.
