Part 6 - Fees

For certificates requested under:

  • RCS 62.40(4) per Article 50 of Schedule 1 or 3C to the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act (see Part 1A)
  • RCS 62.41 per Schedule 6 of the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act (see Part 2) and
  • RCS 62.42 PER Schedule 7 of the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act (see Part 3)

A fee is chargeable which includes the cost of one extract per certificate. 

For certificates requested under:

  • RCS 62.40(5) per Article 57 or 58 of the EU Regulation 44/2001 (see Part 1B), and
  • RCS 62.48, per EC Regulation 805/2004 (see Part 4),

No fee is currently chargeable for the certificates, however the usual statutory fee should be charged for each extract issued with each certificate requested. 

For certificates requested under:

  • RCS 62.88

A fee is chargeable where CAJR require to make up the certificate.
