1. Register a new entry

This section focuses on creating a new entry in RCIL-AT

  1. Log into the RCIL-AT homepage

  2. On the home page, click “Register a new entry”

  1. This will take you the “register a new entry” page. This page captures all the application details, but is broken up into sections. This manual will take one section at a time. The first section will ask you to capture the presenter details.

  1. If the Presenter is also an applicant, check the box at the bottom of the presenter details, which will automatically copy their details to the applicant section. This means you won’t have to enter the information twice.

 

  1. Next, add the applicant details. To bring up the fields to enter the information, click on the “Add an applicant” link.

 

  1. Then, add the applicant information into the boxes that appear.

    1. If you need remove any applicant, you can click “Remove applicant” at any time

 

  1. At the bottom of the applicant section, remember to select whether the applicant is a general partner of a limited partnership tenant.

    1. If you need to add another applicant, click “Add another applicant”

 

  1. Repeat the process for Applicants with Tenants. Begin by clicking “Add a Tenant” then add the information into the boxes that appear.

 

  1. Repeat the process for Landowner details

    1. As before, if you need to add additional landowners click “Add another landowner”

 

  1. Next, add the subject details

    1. Remember to answer whether there are any interests or rights comprised in the land

    2. Note that the number of plans must be one or more

 

  1. Finally, upload any application documents, either by dragging and dropping, or by choosing the files from your folder directory.

    1. Please remember to note the file upload requirements on the page

Once you have completed all the sections click “Continue”

 

  1. The next page will ask you to double check all the information you’ve entered. If you need to make any changes click the “Change” link next to the information you want to amend. This will take you back to the correct section to make changes.

Once you are satisfied that all the information is correct, click “Create Entry” at the bottom of the page.

 

  1. The entry has now been created in the register, and the next page will confirm the registration number. Please take a note of this number in case you need to access or amend the registration again later.

    1. If you notice a mistake and need to amend an entry, you can do this at any time by going to the app homepage and clicking “Amend an existing entry”

 

  1. From the “Entry created” page, you can move directly to generating the extract by clicking the “Continue to generate extract” button. You can also leave the page and create an extract at any time by using the “Generate an extract” section on the app homepage. To see how to do this, go to Section 3: Generate an extract
