3. Generate an extract
On the homepage click “Generate an extract”
Enter the registration number of the entry you want to amend, then click “Find entry”.
You will then be taken directly to the “Print extract” page for the registration number you entered.
Use the PDF box on the page to print the extract
Once you have printed the extract, tick the “Extracts have been printed” box at the bottom of the page
Then click “Continue to print plans”
The next page will ask you to print the plans for the entry.
On the list of public documents, choose the plan and click “View”
This will open a PDF viewer window. Print the plan document
Once the you have printed the plans, tick the “Plans have been printed” box at the bottom of the page
Then click “Continue to generate invoices” if you need to do this, or return to the app homepage.
