Digital Map Data and Digital Deed Plans
The section in the manual on Digital Map Data & Digital Deed Plans has been updated to take account of the recent revision of the external guidance given to agents and applicants on suitable data formats, etc. A minor change has been made to the process to be followed by a plans settler when considering the requisition of digital data, and the text of the template email has also been updated.
Registers of Scotland (RoS) seeks to ensure that the information published in the 2012 Act Registration Manual is up to date and accurate but it may be amended from time to time.
