Accepting descriptions of foreshore "ex adverso" the subjects described in a deed

Existing pages Deed Plan Must Be Acceptable and Bounding Description of Property Must Be Acceptable have been updated to include a short section clarifying the position on properties that are described in the deed as including the foreshore ex adverso the plot of land.
