PV 18 - How do I see the groupings used in a title?

If a title has been mapped in the Plan Creator and some of the plans references have been plotted on groupings, you may want to view only the grouping to see the references more clearly. There are two ways to view a grouping associated with a title:

  • If the title number is displayed in the Search box, below it will be a list of all groupings associated with the cadastral unit.
The visibility of either the ungrouped layer or the grouping can be toggled on or off using the check boxes.

  • Alternatively, if the right-hand Title Information panel is displayed, below the title number will be a list of the ungrouped layer and all groupings associated with the cadastral unit.
The visibility of either the ungrouped layer or the grouping can be toggled on or off using the check boxes.
  • Please note that SPLs for historic titles mapped in DMS will not show within the title number when viewed. Either the specific SPL number will need to be searched for, or a point /area search performed to list all titles and indexes within the extent of the title number. The SPL can then be viewed from the list of results in the search box.
