Viewing Titles in EDRMS

Title Plan history and prior versions of the Ordnance Survey (OS) map can now be viewed in the Plan Viewer (PV), and the latest registered version of a title can also be viewed in ScotLIS. However, there may be instances where the extent of the references are unclear usually because the title being viewed is very large. Some Title Plans may be available for viewing through EDRMS so this can be checked if PV or ScotLIS produces an unclear result.

1  Launch EDRMS from the RoSApps folder on your Chrome bookmark bar. EDRMS will launch in Internet Explorer.

2  When presented with the Login screen, your login info should be the same as your PC/laptop login.

After you have logged in, you may see this pop-up window.

This can be ignored by clicking No.

3  From the list of Available Functions, select Record Search.

4  In the Text in record content box on the left, type in your title number then click on Search.

5  A list of all available versions of the title should display on the right, with the date that they were authorised.

6  Find the title version you want and click on Adobe Acrobat icon. This will launch a pdf of that version of the title plan.
