Additional Information
7.1 Check burdens entries are the same as the latest registered title version.
7.2 Delete any notice of potential of liability for costs entry outwith its effective date.

7.3 Delete or amend any burdens entries if appropriate to the deed(s) under examination.
7.4 If the application relates to a notice of potential liability for costs an entry will be required in the burdens section.
7.5 If the application creates/extinguishes a liferent interest add/delete entry in burdens section.
7.6 Edit deed(s) and add burdens entry, if necessary, following appropriate guidance.

7.6.1 CAT X1 real burdens deed refer to TCA/s.53 guidance.
7.6.2 Only where absolutely necessary incorporate the deed or a document in the burdens entry by reference to the archive record.
7.7 Add appropriate TCA burdens note or check note is the final entry (if necessary).
7.8 If any amendments are required for burdens on the cadastral map add a note to plans on the title workdesk.
7.9 9 If any amendments have been made to the cadastral map as part of the registration process amend any references from 'Title Plan' and 'Supplementary Plan' to 'cadastral map' and either 'supplementary data to the title sheet' ?' (tenement scenarios) or "additional cadastral map view ?" (non tenement scenarios) and, if updated, ensure element note reflects entry complies with 2012 Act terminology.
7.10 Update any existing copy in certificate entries, if necessary.

7.11 Update the Proprietorship Section if any of the deeds under examination provide updated information.
7.11.1 Add the company number and details to the proprietor entry if a non-natural person.
7.11.2 Remove MHA/CPA notes - if additional notes exist consider action or refer as necessary.
