Standard Dealing
A standard dealing with whole consists of the following registrable deed types | Exceptions |

 Disposition | with a plan varying an existing destination which specifies that there is a prescriptive servitude to be entered in the title sheet creating new real burdens creating a liferent over a former leasehold interest |
Standard security | with a plan being registered against a lease title sheet containing a new servitude or new real burden containing a ranking clause which is a mezzanine security (creditor holding as trustee or agent for syndicate) |
Discharge of standard security | discharge of a standard security over a standard security |

Notice of payment of grant/notice of payment of loan under s.84 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2006 | |

Complex Dealing
