Sasine Withdrawal Letters

If a Sasine application is deemed to be unacceptable for presentment in the Sasine register at intake stage, the Sasine Intake withdrawal letter should be used.

If a Sasine application is deemed to be unacceptable for recording in the Sasine register at drafting stage, the Sasine Draft withdrawal letter should be used.

If a Sasine application is deemed to be unacceptable because the subjects have already been registered in the land register by keeper induced registration, the following wording should be used in the withdrawal letter:

"The subjects were transferred to the land register by keeper induced registration. The subjects are registered under title number [insert title number], please apply for registration in the land register."

Normal procedures should be followed on CSR for withdrawal, but there is no need to print the CSR-generated withdrawal letter.

All withdrawal letters and accompanying form and deed should be placed in the withdrawal tray in the deeds room (1W-02). The odd-jobs person will process thereafter.
