Instructions for typing up the front and back sheets for the ROI bond volumes

The instructions with the template can be found in the CAJR Fileshare.

Type in the volume number, the from and to dates and the number of folios (-1) before signing both sides.

To print change the tray selection to 3, choose finishing from the same screen and change document options to long edge off.

On going to the printer remove the existing paper from tray 3. Put the blank 'fronytbackies' in. When finished printing remove the excess paper and return the headed paper to tray 3 as you found it.  

The paper can be found in the safe.
