Process Steps

Additional Information

1.1 Check the extract against the certificate of money provision for:

1.1.1 Spelling of the names on flysheet;

1.1.2 Correct submitting company name address is on the flysheet;

1.1.3 Deed matches the flysheet;

1.1.4 Deed has been sealed.

1.2 Using a signing pen, sign the execution docquet at the bottom of the extract.

1.3 Match deed to invoice and post out.

1.4 Log in Judgments Posting Out spreadsheet which is located in the CAJR Fileshare.

1.5 Post out deeds to same address together in one envelope.
