In Steps 4 & 5, different plans actions will be required depending upon the external common areas (if any) that are associated with the flat. At steps 2.19 & 2.20, you worked out if there were external common areas, and how these should be registered.
- If the flat is being sold without any rights to external common areas, proceed to next process - Add the LRS information - no external common areas.
- If the flat is being sold with rights to external common areas that are being set up as external shared plots, proceed to next process - Add the LRS information - external shared plots.
- If the flat is being sold with rights to external common areas that will be registered as external common areas - transitional provisions, proceed to next process - Add the LRS information - external common areas, transitional provisions.
