A new User Guide - Digital Data for Voluntary Registration - has been added for dealing with digital data submitted with a voluntary registration application. The Voluntary Registration page within the Topics section has been updated accordingly and the associated Further Guidance pages have been updated, where necessary, to incorporate this newly agreed process.
Registers of Scotland (RoS) seeks to ensure that the information published in the 2012 Act Registration Manual is up to date and accurate but it may be amended from time to time.
