Mapping Pends guidance expanded
The existing Plans guidance page on https://rosdev.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/2ARM/pages/76153349 has been extended to provide some additional guidance on how we handle the most common problem scenarios that we encounter with pend registrations. If you are unsure how to proceed with any pend application, please speak with your referral officer in the first instance, who can refer up to a Plans Senior Advisor for more help if it is needed.
