Further updates to manual

As part of the continuing process of updates to the 2012 Act manual, a further seven pages have been moved from Further Guidance to the new Subject Index, as follows:
- Court Orders that are Registrable Deeds
- Crown Estate Commissioners, Crown Estate Scotland (Interim Management) and Crown Estate Scotland
- Registers of Scotland (Fees) Order 2014
- Research Areas for Legal Officers
- Substitution or Amendment - Requisition Policy and Procedures
- Udal Tenure
- Who is Granting Deed?
For the avoidance of doubt, none of the guidance on the above pages has been amended but the style of the pages has been updated to match the other pages in this new section of the manual. Further pages will be moved in due course.
Registers of Scotland (RoS) seeks to ensure that the information published in the 2012 Act Registration Manual is up to date and accurate but it may be amended from time to time.
