Verbal descriptions within tenements
As a result of feedback from registration teams, the plans user guides have been expanded to make it clearer that it is the responsibility of the plans officer to add verbally described rights of exclusive ownership to the property section of the title sheet - for example, “…with the eastmost of the two wash-houses behind the tenement…”. See Add LRS Information - FR Plans - RA - Tenement and the other similar User Guides. Any rights of common ownership to be added are the responsibility of the legal officer.
