The guidance page Voluntary Registration has been updated to clarify the correct process to follow when deciding what burdens and servitudes should be included in the registered title. The following sections have been updated:

  • Identification of burdens burdening plot undergoing registration

  • Identification of servitude rights held by plot undergoing registration

  • Plans examination process (first bullet point only)
