For search sheets which have electronic entries, search sheet details will be displayed. This is general information relating to the search sheet:
Number – Separates the information when there is more than one property associated with a search sheet
Description – This is the property description otherwise known as the subject of search
From – Indicates which paper search sheet the electronic entries been carry on from
Burdens – This is information relating to burdens which has been recorded on the CSR system.
Registers of Scotland (RoS) seeks to ensure that the information published in the 2012 Act Registration Manual is up to date and accurate but it may be amended from time to time.
