A general search sheet can be identified by ‘(general)’ appearing after the search sheet number and ‘Party’ information.
The party information is the organisation or person that the search sheet relates to.
When viewing a general search sheet there is a column in the result table with a date. Dates were only recorded for some general search sheets.
When the date is known it will be displayed in the left column.
When no dates are available ‘Unknown’ will be displayed.
