Dealing

This is the term used in Registers of Scotland to describe an application for registration of any type of registrable deed affecting an existing title sheet which does not require the creation of either a new cadastral unit or a new title sheet. In contrast, a disposition by a registered proprietor of only part of the subjects in a title sheet is described in Registers of Scotland as a transfer of part because a new cadastral unit and a new title sheet are required. A standard dealing with whole consists of the following registrable deed types	Exceptions
Disposition	with a plan varying an existing destination which specifies that there is a prescriptive servitude to be entered in the title sheet creating new real burdens creating a liferent over a former leasehold interest
Standard security	with a plan being registered against a lease title sheet containing a new servitude or new real burden containing a ranking clause which is a mezzanine security (creditor holding as trustee or agent for syndicate)
Discharge of standard security	discharge of a standard security over a standard security
Variation of standard security
Notice of payment of grant/notice of payment of loan under s.84 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2006
Charging order	HASSASSAA charging order
Discharge of charging order
Notice of potential liability for costs
Notice of cessor of conditions
