TP Legal - Tenement First Removal

Introduction

The decision as to whether to remove a tenement steading from a PT rests with Plans. If the tenement is not removed then the guidance on TP Legal - First Removal should be followed.

The guidance on the following pages should be used when a tenement steading has been removed from a PT and set up as a separate cadastral unit.

When the Keeper is in possession of TP applications to register all remaining flats in a block, see Settling a Run of TPs For All Flats in a Block
