Amend the TP Parent Title Number
2.1 Complete a title search of the GPT number.
2.2 Select the Address button on the LRS and verify:
- any TP applications for flats within the tenement steading which are still pending against said GPT number, and
- any DWs over the GPT number.
2.3 Retrieve the relevant TPs and all DWs over the GPT.
2.4 Examine the DWs to verify if they affect the GPT only, the new tenement steading PT, or both:
- Any Deeds of Restriction affecting the TPs can have the GPT number changed to reflect the new tenement steading PT number.
- All other deed types should be considered and if affecting the new PT number, or both the new PT and the GPT number, these should be referred to a SCW for guidance.
2.5 Ensure all pending TPs are referred to Intake Con.
2.6 Take all TP applications on under the INTAKE CON permission.
2.7 Amend the current GPT number of the TP(s) to the new PT number for the tenement steading.
2.8 Release all the TPs referred by the Plans Setler back to Plans settle and pass back to that officer.
2.9 Release any TPs retrieved from centralised support back to PLANS SETTLE and place on the appropriate shelf for support to re-file.
2.10 Update the Plans Manual PI log.
2.10.1 Amend the entry against the GPT to show address of tenement that has been removed and a note of the new PT Number.
2.10.2 Add an entry for the new Parent Title Number and under the comments field add a note of the address details.
2.11 Add an entry to the Intake log, adding the GPT Number. In the comments field, add the address details with a note to state that all applications against the address(es) should be taken out against the new PT Number. Also, add a note to state that applications should not be rejected if they quote the GPT Number.
