Process Steps

Additional Information

Books of Council and Session, start of day print run

1.1 Once logged in select CLOCK icon from top menu.

1.2 Untick all boxes and select CHANGE WORKING DAY.

1.3 Change both dates to the date to be printed (normally, the previous day).

1.4 Click OK.

1.5 Click on CLOCK icon again.

1.6 Un-tick top box and bottom 2 boxes and hit OK (requested prints should now be generated).

1.7 Click on CLOCK icon again.

1.8 Untick all boxes.

1.9 Change dates back to today’s date and click OK.

1.10 Place printouts on AO Odd Job Desk.

1.11 Place preambles on AO Odd Job Desk.

1.12 Place Presentment Book printout in order, in red file on top of mail rack.


Check that machine working date (top right-hand corner) has updated and is correct.



Register of Inhibitions, start of day print run

2.1 Go to ROI as normal.

2.2 Click on the CLOCK icon from top menu.

2.3 Un-tick all of the boxes and go to CHANGE WORKING DAY.

2.4 Change date of NEW WORKING DAY to the date to be printed (normally the day before).

2.5 Click OK.

2.6 Click on CLOCK icon again.

2.7 Un-tick all boxes except PRESENTMENT BOOK and click OK (Pages should now print out).

2.8 Click on CLOCK icon again.

2.9 Un-tick all boxes.

2.10 Change NEW WORKING DAY back to what it originally was (usually today’s date).

2.11 Place Presentment Book printout in order, in black file on top of mail rack.


Register of Judgments, start of day print run

3.1 Go to RoJ as normal.

3.2 Click on Clock icon from top menu.

3.3 Click on CHANGE WORKING DAY.

3.4 Click OK.

3.5 Change Current Working Day and Next Working Day to date to be printed (normally the day before).

3.6 Click OK.

3.7 Click on CLOCK icon again.

3.8 Click OK.

3.9 Daily Statistics will appear – click OK again.

3.10 Click OK again (backfill).

3.11 OK General protection fault.

3.12 OK General protection fault a second time.

3.13 Place Judgments, Preambles and Flysheets into a Judgment folder (located by mail rack).

3.14 Place Presentment Book into brown file on top of mail rack.

3.15 Place Judgment folder in Tray next to CAJR white board, for uplift by SO2s.
