Property section styles - tenement properties
A short paragraph has been added to Sample Property Section Styles - Tenement Properties to remind plans officers that if the description in the deed refers to a property being on, for example, " the first floor above ground floor" or "the second floor above the street or ground floor", then this description should be carried forward into the description used in the property section.
