Templates of letters to be sent out to agents regarding rejection of applications etc have been updated to reflect the changes in RoS mail arrangements as advised in the Staff Notice of 31 January 2017.  Pages updated include Intake Officer, Rejection of Paper Advance Notice over Whole, Sasine Withdrawal Letters and Intake Officer - Rejection of Sasine Advance Notices.
