S21 Sasine Withdrawal Letters

  • If a Sasine application is deemed to be unacceptable for presentment in the Sasine register at intake stage, the should be used.
     

  • If a Sasine application is deemed to be unacceptable for recording in the Sasine register at drafting stage, the should be used.
     

Normal procedures should be followed on CSR for withdrawal, but there is no need to print the CSR-generated withdrawal letter.

All withdrawal letters and accompanying form and deed should be placed in the withdrawal tray in the deeds room (1W-02). The odd-jobs person will process thereafter.
