Dividing existing mixed titles

A new page has been added to the registration manual, Dividing an Existing Mixed Title, which provides guidance on when an existing title sheet containing both ownership & tenancy, or two legal tenements (such as land and salmon fishings) should be split into two title sheets. This page supplements the guidance already contained in Updating Existing 1979 Act Title Sheets - Instructions for Plans and Legal Settlers.
