Pro Indiviso Shares
For the avoidance of doubt, where the consideration in the original entry in the proprietorship section requires amendment following the transfer of a pro indiviso share of the subjects to another party, the correct style of the text to be added is "in respect of the whole subjects in this Title". The LRS picklist in the Consideration field has now been updated to include this text, see "Pro indiviso shares (Dealing with whole)" on Proprietorship Section Entries.
A similar style of additional text should be used for example where a pro indiviso share of registered subjects is transferred to a trustee in sequestration, see "Example title sheet entry" under "Powers of Trustee in relation to heritable property" on Insolvency - Personal and Corporate.
