f7.1 Check that the title sheet update field has been updated to the correct date.

7.2 Check that the real right field is correct or amend as necessary. The terms Proprietor and Tenant are no longer appropriate after the designated day and the terms Ownership and Tenancy should apply.

7.3 Check the address details are correct and and add a note to Plans on the title workdesk if amendment is necessary.

7.3.1 The subjects description must include the cadastral unit number and the hectarage if it measures 0.5 hectares or greater than 0.5 hectares.

7.4 Edit breakaway deed and/or any other deeds for rights as detailed in the DIR and application form.

7.4.1 If plans have added an N&I on the title workdesk to confirm a common area has been identified that cannot be mapped, refer to unmappable common areas guidance.

7.5 Add rights entry (if necessary).

7.6 If any amendments are required for rights to the cadastral map add a note for plans on the title workdesk.

7.7 Add a schedule of enforcement rights (if necessary).

7.8 Add a TCA property section note (if necessary).

7.9 Add a mineral reservation note (if necessary).

7.10 If the rights include a servitude which has been shown in full in the property description, add note specifying the deed in which the servitude right was created or that it is a prescriptive servitude.

7.10.1 If the servitude right has been included in the property description by way of cross reference to a deed in the burdens section, no note is required.

7.10.2 If plans have advised that a servitude cannot be mapped but is to be included in the title sheet, see When Plans Cannot Provide a Reference for a Right, Burden or Servitude for details of the note to be added.

7.11 Check the deed for extent for any boundary descriptions or a boundary table.

7.11.1 If the deed for extent includes any boundary descriptions or a boundary table follow guidance to determine if boundary references should be included and add a boundary table or boundary note if appropriate.

7.12 Check if plans have added an N&I on the title workdesk relating to a railway boundary.

7.12.1 Refer to the Property section - railway boundary guidance for details of the note to be added.

7.13 If any amendments are required to the cadastral map or the address details, check instructions to plans have been added to the title workdesk and refer to plans.

7.14  If the application relates to seabed, add a schedule of coordinates (if necessary).
