Additional Information

12.1 Give effect to any changes required to the burdens section as a result of DW(s) over PT following the steps detailed in the Update Burdens Section - Complex DW process. Refer to guidance on dual registration of real burdens and servitudes, if necessary.

12.1.1 If subjects have been leased add following tenant's rights note to burdens section:

The rights of the tenants under the Leases specified in the Schedule of Leases in the Property Section are burdens on the subjects in this title.

12.2 Delete any burdens entries outwith their effective date.

12.3 Amend the burdens entries, if necessary:

12.3.1 Change reference(s) from 'the title plan' to 'the cadastral map'.

12.3.2 If an existing SPL/Supplementary plan is incorporated into the title sheet amend the existing footnote to the burdens entry.

12.3.3 If an entry has been updated add an element note to reflect the entry complies with 2012 Act terminology.

12.4 Check TCA burdens note is the final entry, if applicable.
