S11.16 Standard Security Over A Standard Security
It is Counsel's opinion that a Standard Security over a Standard Security would constitute an effective security, though in view of the difficulties in construction of the 1970 Act, read in conjunction with previous Conveyancing Acts, there may be a risk in granting such a deed. A Standard Security over a Standard Security will therefore be accepted for recording.
