S10.4 Keeper's Authority
Agents may enquire as to the Keeper’s authority for rejecting an a non domino in Sasines as it is a Register of deeds that is open to challenge, hence the ten-year prescriptive period. Agents can be referred to the article “The Sasine Register and Dispositions a non domino”, Journal of the Law Society of Scotland 1997, Vol.42 No.2, Page 72.
