Additional Information

2.1 Check disposition for the following points:

2.1.1 Consideration has been correctly input into LRS

2.1.2 Address details have been correctly input into LRS

2.1.3 Applicants details have been correctly input into LRS

2.1.4 Subjects have been adequately described in the deed by reference to a valid title number, a full bounding description, an acceptable plan, or deed plan approval number. If not and there is no paper apart indicating how to create the application, refer.

2.1.5 Determine if the deed creates new real burdens:

    • If deed does not, application can proceed as normal.
    • If deed does refer to new real burdens, confirm that a DW application has been created against the relevant title numbers. If so, applications can proceed (DW applications should be categorised as "C").
    • If deed does refer to new real burdens, and the application does not contain a paper apart stating dual registration is not required and no DW application has been created, refer to Intake Legal RO1.

2.1.6 Deed has been signed/executed appropriately

2.1.7 Has Agent requested registration in Books of C&S? If so, refer to Plans RO2 for plans check

2.1.8 Plan(s) and schedule(s) have the appropriate docket, if required

2.1.9 Plan(s) and schedule(s) have been signed/executed appropriately

2.2 Check any other deeds submitted as part of the application as per above process.

All foregoing process steps should be undertaken before an application is rejected - full reasons for rejection should be provided in writing to the applicant.
