Update - February 2023

The DMS and OPS Tool have now been decommissioned and replaced by Plan Creator and Plan Viewer/Plan Approver. The technical guides for both legacy systems have now been removed from the registration manual.

Registers of Scotland (RoS) seeks to ensure that the information published in the 2012 Act Registration Manual is up to date and accurate but it may be amended from time to time.
