Update Case

If a case has been sitting at a certain workbasket for a prolonged period then it is possible that changes have been made to the CMS process that could leave it in a defunct state. In these situations, a new Update Case screen will appear.

If you see this screen, just click Submit and the case will be routed to the usual screens.
