RoS currently operates a system of pre-payment for all Land Register applications. As a result of this it is the responsibility of the intake section to correctly fee each application and enter this information on to the eFinancials system. This section outlines this process.

eFin or eFinancials?

The correct name for the finance system is eFinancials. Within RoS, this is usually abbreviated to eFin.
