Reclassifying Documents on CMS

The 'Reclassify' function within Manage Documents allows you to swap a Supporting document for a Live deed or Application Form (APF)

Process

1. While in the Manage Documents function, click Reclassify next to the document you want to swap. 

2. Choose whether you want to make this document a live deed or APF

   1. Where there is more than one APF in the CMS case, choose which APF is to be repalced or with which APF the live deed is to be associated. 

3. If you are making the document a live deed you will be asked to enter the deed type.

   1. Start typing in the appropriate field and a picklist will appear. 

   2. Choose the deed type and click Submit
