Add a Supporting Document to the CMS

There may be occasions when you want to add a document to a CMS case. This might be for reference, or to archive the document.

All documents which are added to the CMS must be in PDF format. 

Process

  1. Save the document you wish to add as a PDF. 
  2. Under Documents click Attach New
  3. Choose File from device
  4. Drag and drop the file or select the file

  5. Click Attach

  6. Your document will now show as a supporting document.
