Merging Documents on the CMS

Where a deed has been incorrectly split into two documents you may need to merge the two documents into one. For example, there may be occasions when the plan and the deed have been separated, and the plan is in the supporting documents. See also - Splitting Documents

Supporting documents should not be archived under APFs or live deeds.

The whole of the application form should be archived as a single document

The whole of the live deed should be archived as a single document.

All documents which are added to the CMS must be in PDF format.
