Plans Vet - Prior to Settle

The vetting will be carried out according to the checklist in Annex 7, by an officer of RO2 grade. If the settling of the case is straightforward, the case will also be mapped at this stage.

If further plans input is required, the case will be referred on the LRS and the relevant entry in the log updated.

Add title note (in the lead case if appropriate) to confirm that the application has been vetted as per the published checklist, update the relevant entry in the log and refer the application on the LRS to the appropriate legal officer as per the applications rota.
