Once settled the application will be released to a nominated officer for quality assurance as per the checklist in Annex 8. A rota will be kept in the public area of the Production/all BU shared drive. See Annex 5.

Once satisfied that the application is correctly settled, a title note will be added to confirm that the application has been checked as per the published check list, the log will be updated and the case referred to legal settle.

If the application is settled by a plans RO1, it will not be subject to a post settle check. The settler will however enter their details and dated completed in the log.
