Legal Vet - Post Legal Settle

Once settled the application will be passed to a nominated officer for quality assurance as per the checklist in Annex 10. A rota will be kept in the public area of the production/all BU shared drive. See Annex 5.

Once satisfied that the application is correctly settled, a title note will be added to confirm that the application has been checked as per the published checklist, the log will be updated and the case released to archive.

If the application is settled by a senior caseworker, it will not be subject to a post settle check. The settler will however enter their details and date completed in the log.
