Plans Vet Checklist - Annex 7
1.1 Ensure the application complies with the terms of section 21 of the 2012 Act.
1.2Â Provide a full provisional identification of the subjects, including illustrated servitude rights, on the Land Register.
1.3Â Correspond with the agent to ensure the requirements of the above two points are met. This may include the requisitioning of extent and/or exception deeds.
1.4 Check and confirm the answer to any plans report previously issued and refer any significant differences to the designated plans referral point (as noted in the plans quality check rota).
1.5Â Provide helpful comments for the plans and legal settler in line with the vetting procedures undertaken. Such comments will contain reference to any part of the identified subjects which appears to be registered already. It will also include comments on servitude extents. Prior and adjoining registration title numbers will also be noted. Feudal Reform comments may be made too.
1.6Â Confirm and assign appropriate category for case.
1.7Â For dealings, supply the latest issued version of the cadastral map.
1.8Â Sign off the application by adding a title note (in the title workdesk of the lead application).
