1.1 Does the application comply with the terms of section 21 of the 2012 Act?

1.2 Check prescriptive progress.

1.3 Are the correct subjects mapped?

1.4 Are all the necessary extents/references correctly included on the cadastral map?

1.5 From the index layer, are there any unresolved issues with adjoining titles?

1.6 Does the mapping on the DMS conform to RoS guidelines (including the use of supplementary data, boundary stamps etc.)?

1.7 Are deeds CDI marked as appropriate?

1.8 Has the cadastral map been authorised?

1.9 Is the address correct and conform to RoS guidelines?

1.10 Have any issues with adjoining Titles or the Ordnance Map been resolved satisfactorily?

1.11 Are the title notes complete?

1.12 Is all the relevant information for the legal settler included with the application?

1.13 Sign off the application by adding a title note (in the title workdesk of the lead application)
