Schedule A Conveyance - Example Deeds

General

A schedule A conveyance is a form of conveyance provided by the Lands Clauses Consolidation (Scotland) Act 1845. It is a registrable deed in terms of section 80 of the 1845 Act.

It is used in some cases where land is being compulsorily purchased and is largely equivalent in its effect to that of a disposition. However, registration of a Schedule A conveyance may extinguish real burdens and servitudes. See Compulsory Acquisition - Statutory Conveyance.
