- Wayleave Agreements
- Minute of Waiver
- Right of Pre-emption contained in separate deed
- Renunciation of Pre-emption
- Grant of Liferent
- Renunciation of Liferent
- Section 19 Agreement in terms of the Abolition of Feudal Tenure etc (Scotland) Act 2000
NOTE: IF ANY OF THE ABOVE DEEDS ARE GRANTED FOR A CONSIDERATION GREATER THAN £60,000 THEN A REVENUE CERTIFICATE IS THE APPROPRIATE CERTIFICATE.
